These Terms set out the rules for using the Rubydunepavilion website and any service, reservation or experience arranged through it.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over only. When you confirm your age on the entry page you confirm that this applies to you. We may ask for photographic identification on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All reservations depend on availability and confirmation.
• Prices are quoted in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. Full payment is taken on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaks reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property follows International law and is available only to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the premises safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Rubydunepavilion or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Governing law

These Terms follow the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
